Role: IT Support Intern Duration: 3 months Description: During my internship at Aim IT, Jashore, I played a crucial role in a company-wide system upgrade. This project involved upgrading all desktop and laptop systems from Windows 7 to Windows 10. I was responsible for: Backing up user data to prevent data loss during the upgrade. Installing and configuring the new operating system. Reinstalling necessary software and ensuring compatibility. Providing post-upgrade support to address any issues or concerns from users. This project improved overall system performance and security across the organization.

With a Diploma in Computer Technology from Jessore Polytechnic Institute and ongoing studies in Computer Science and Engineering at Southeast University, I have developed a solid understanding of both hardware and software systems. During my internship at Aim IT in Jashore, I honed my web design skills and gained valuable hands-on experience in a professional setting. My technical expertise includes advanced proficiency in Windows operating systems, basic knowledge of Linux, and a strong aptitude for troubleshooting hardware and system failures.
